Open Studio hours Wednesdays 10-12:30 

Enjoy a creative space. Either choose a project here or bring in your own or a combination of the 2. This a casual, supportive environment to find inspiration, instruction and interaction. Coffee and tea always served. You are welcome to bring any other food or drinks to sustain your creativity. Studio fee of $10 or the price of a project. We are happy to welcome Jeanne Miller to Left Coast Art Studio. Jeanne Miller's paintings celebrate the earth, water and sky of the American west in silk, oil and pastel. Living on California’s beautiful central coast, she teaches painting, leads guided painting experiences outdoors in vineyards, and does custom work for residential and commercial use. Creative Circle will take place on Wednesdays 3-5pm. $10 for a two hour session:  Bring whatever you're working on and enjoy the company of others simply sharing the energy and inspiration of a circle of artists! While this is not a class, Jeanne can provide basic materials for acrylic, oil pastel, silk or watercolor if you give her 24 hours notice (additional fee required). Mixed Media open studio Thursdays 12-2pm cost is $10per/person. Bring your own material or contact Jeanne ahead of time about her providing materials at an additional cost.

Outdoor Discovery Kids Wednesday from 1-4 Taught by Lindsay Best

This class will focus on teaching your kids how to truly interact with the natural world. They will learn about  various insects, animals, sea life, and about the edible, medicinal, and ethnobotanical uses of plants and seaweeds. We will spend our days hiking, playing, learning, observing, journaling, and creating.
Cost: $15 for pre registered students and $20 for drop in. Ages 8 and up only please. Your child will need a well fitting backpack and sturdy hiking shoes that they can put on themselves. Drop off will be at a different location each week.
